So you’ve left work early, navigated the parking challenge, experienced The Ultimate Malasada Sugar Rush while you worked your Punahou74 Carnival shift and … time’s up. Shift’s done. You’re out of there. See ya next year…maybe. The party may not be over!
You can now attend the first ever true blue official Punahou74 After Party and keep the fun going!
What: Punahou74 Carnival Shift After Party
Where: Punahou Campus, makai of Alexander Hall
When: February 3, 2017 when we are pau with the shift (probably starting at 8:15 p.m.)
Who: Punahou74 classmates, family and friends. Hey, no shame if you didn’t work. We know that some of you can’t get off work, may be working at other booths, despise the “oil pit” etc. If you can make the shift we’d still like to see you at the After Party! The more the merrier.
Food? If you want to eat a Hawaiian Plate dinner we can help you. Bring $10 in scrip or cash when you check in for your Punahou74 malasada shift and we will have someone head on over the to cafeteria to purchase and bring your dinner to the party. Remember, that’s $10 in scrip or cash.
Don’t like Hawaiian Plate? There’s something for everyone at the Punahou Carnival (e.g. taco salad, gyros, noodles, hamburgers, Portuguese bean soup). Pick up what you want at one of the food booths and come join us.
And don’t forget something to drink! (Note: The school wants everyone to know that the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the Punahou Carnival grounds is not permitted.)
One more thing:
Thank you for those of you who have volunteered for our malasada shift but we still need more people. Email Nancy Dew Metcalf if you can help out. We need 50 people!
