James Kealoha, Punahou74 classmate and graduate, has died.
Here is the news as written by Renee Ahuna Cabrinha via facebook:
To my fellow Punahou Class of ’74 classmates …
It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of James Kealoha ’74. James passed away this morning (Jan. 19, 2011) after a surfing accident on Sunday. Please keep his wife, Nadine, children and all of the Kealoha ohana and friends in your prayers.

As we have in the past, I would like to put up a memorial post for James on this blog. If you have not seen one of these online memorials before, take a look at what was written for Ro Johnson, Bruce Chinn and Mosi Tatupu for an idea of both what such posts are like and how your contributions help shape these testimonials.
To help, please email me your thoughts and memories about James or comment via this post or facebook. Please don’t be shy. Many memories make a better tribute to our dear departed friend.
